She works great with zero assistance. My only complaint is a ink dot on the DS. Other than that she is stunning and a lot of fun!
History of ponies before arriving is unknown. I live in a smoke free home (though my apartment does allow smoking). I have 2 cats, so cat fur and human hair are pretty much givens.
